Job summary

HM Alpha Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Room Attendant for Westin La Paloma Resort and Spa in Tucson, AZ. The role involves cleaning and stocking guest rooms, replenishing supplies, and addressing guest inquiries to maintain high hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms.
• Make beds and replenish room supplies such as glasses, water, coffee, and toiletries.
• Respond to guest queries and resolve complaints within scope of responsibilities.
• Report maintenance issues and update room status on assignment sheets.
• Return and restock cleaning carts at shift end.
• Comply with housekeeping policies, procedures, and standards.
