Job summary

Taivo, a leading provider of branded merchandise technology solutions, is seeking a Director of Sales to lead three Sales Managers and drive revenue growth across multiple verticals.

You will set strategy, codify processes, and forecast rigor, partnering with Marketing and Client Success to accelerate growth in a remote-friendly environment with on-site options in Dallas. Bring a proven track record of beating targets and leading leaders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales experience with 3+ years leading a sales organization.
• Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience driving results through periods of change and scale.
• Strong forecasting accuracy, pipeline management, and data-driven decisions.
• Proven leadership and communication skills developing managers.
• Experience with Salesforce and modern sales tools (Gong, Drift).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop 3 Sales Managers and their teams.
• Set targets and build plans to consistently meet and exceed them.
• Standardize sales processes, playbooks, and forecasting rigor.
• Maintain accurate forecasting cadence and pipeline view.
• Diagnose performance with data and reallocate efforts accordingly.
• Partner with Client Success, Rev Ops, and Marketing for GTM motion.
• Recruit, retain, and develop top sales leadership talent.
