As a fast-growing startup, we provide a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to protecting some of the most vital sectors of the economy. Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Head of Sales who will be foundational in shaping CGS’s growth and long-term success. This role requires a high-performing, entrepreneurial sales leader ready to drive immediate revenue while building and scaling the sales organization over time. As a core member of the leadership team, you will influence our sales strategy, client engagement, and market presence across the ICS, OT, and critical infrastructure sectors in North and Latin America.

This commission-only role offers potential equity compensation, reflecting a genuine long-term partnership opportunity as CGS expands. Equity options are subject to company review and structuring. You’ll collaborate closely with technical leadership to position our offerings around vulnerability management, continuous assessment, regulatory alignment, and MSSP services built on Tenable One and related platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) sales strategies targeting Tenable licensing, MSSP services, and related cybersecurity solutions tailored for ICS, OT, and critical infrastructure sectors.
  • Lead full sales cycle ownership: prospecting, qualifying, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing — with accountability for sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Build, manage, and optimize a scalable sales pipeline across North and Latin America, focusing on verticals such as utilities, manufacturing, energy, and other critical infrastructure industries.
  • Cultivate and expand strategic partnerships and channel relationships to accelerate business growth and market penetration.
  • Work closely with technical leadership and product teams to align client needs with scalable, high-value service offerings, providing feedback to improve solutions and sales enablement.
  • Develop sales collateral, pitch decks, and competitive positioning materials to support business development and marketing efforts.
  • Represent CGS as a trusted advisor in consultative sales engagements, including C-suite and cybersecurity decision-makers, building long-term client relationships.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory shifts in ICS/critical infrastructure to inform sales strategy and identify new opportunities.
  • Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, CRM utilization, and pipeline reporting to improve forecasting and efficiency.
  • Commit to continuous learning—staying current on cybersecurity technologies, Tenable product updates, and industry developments—to maintain a competitive edge and inform client conversations.
  • Recruit, mentor, and eventually lead a sales team as CGS grows, defining the sales culture and best practices.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven track record of closing complex cybersecurity sales, preferably with Tenable or other exposure management solutions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated ability to build and lead sales teams in a startup or growth environment.
  • Strategic thinker comfortable navigating emerging markets and evolving regulatory landscapes.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and experience engaging executive-level stakeholders.
  • Continuous learner, passionate about staying ahead of cybersecurity trends and technologies.
  • Experience or familiarity with ICS, OT, or critical infrastructure verticals is a strong plus.
  • Spanish language proficiency is a plus but not required.
  • Must have a verified LinkedIn profile to be considered.

Compensation

  • 100% commission-based at start; structure negotiable based on deal size and velocity.
  • Equity options available for the right candidate upon further corporate structuring.
