Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Head of Sales NA/LA for Distribution Transformers to provide strategic leadership across North America and Latin America. You will steer the sales organization, drive order intake, revenue, and profitability, and engage with key utilities and industrial clients.

In this senior role, you will translate corporate objectives into actionable plans, mentor a team of sales managers and project managers, and partner with cross-functional teams to maintain market leadership

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B sales of complex technical products in the transformer/power distribution space.
• Proven track record in senior sales leadership and team development.
• Strong understanding of power distribution systems and transformer technologies.
• Fluency in English; Spanish and/or German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute 1–3 year sales strategy for NA/LA.
• Define targets for order intake, margin, and market share.
• Manage budget, forecast, and pricing strategies.
• Analyze market trends in grid modernization and renewables.
• Lead and develop a team of sales managers, project managers, and proposal managers.
• Cultivate relationships with executive-level utilities and industrial clients.
