Job summary

Go Fractional seeks a Head of Sales to own the Performance Ads division, reporting to the founder and collaborating with the performance team. This is a hands-on, senior revenue owner role aimed at closing deals and growing the team to meet revenue growth projections.

Working remotely across the European Union, you will build scalable outbound strategies and shape commercial positioning while representing the company at industry events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience selling mobile app marketing or mobile-related services in a SaaS company.
• Proven track record of closing mid- and high-ticket deals.
• Strong understanding of the mobile ecosystem (UA channels, attribution, ROAS, LTV, SKAN, MMPs).
• Experience running full sales cycles independently.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset.
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting.
• Business-fluent English is a must.
• Must have previous agency experience.
