Job summary

saas.group is seeking a German-speaking Performance Marketing Lead to oversee paid across our portfolio of B2B SaaS brands. You will own the standards and strategies, and actively manage the most valuable accounts while guiding a network of freelancers.

This fully remote role requires strong German (C1), hands-on PPC expertise across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and LinkedIn, and the ability to set systems, track performance, and collaborate with analytics and M&A teams.

Qualifications

• German at C1 or native with ability to write compelling German ad copy.
• Strong hands-on PPC experience across multiple platforms for B2B SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Own paid performance strategy and standards across the portfolio, and run the most valuable accounts hands-on yourself (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, and others), including ad copy and landing page testing.
• Lead and support our PPC freelancers: set targets, review accounts, approve budgets, run regular syncs.
• Advise brands directly on strategy and budget allocation, with the ability to push back when needed.
• Take over newly acquired brands' paid setups and build scalable systems and reporting.
• Partner with data analytics on tracking, attribution, and CRM data flow to ads platforms.
• Regularly connect with SEO to stay aligned on campaigns and strategy.
