For our Danfoss Power Electronics and Drives segment, we are seeking a Head of Sales to lead and coach a sales team focused on Food & Beverage and industrial machinery, including sales development, key account management, and end-user engagement.
Alongside key stakeholders, you will develop the NAM strategy for these verticals and ensure its execution in the region, aligned with the division's global strategy. You will also focus on people development, succession planning, and building competencies within your team.
Ideal location: Chicago, Milwaukee, or Houston.
Salary range: $170,000 - $200,000. The base salary will be determined based on education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and market data.
