The Divisional Sales Manager - Modular Chiller Plant role is responsible for driving the sale of large, complex, bundled offerings to solution sales customers by promoting the Daikin Applied value proposition at a systemic level. This position aims to build effective relationships with Owners, construction, purchasing, and consulting organizations, resulting in new business development while balancing customer needs and financial challenges. Remote - Candidate must live in Eastern Canada, Midwest, Northeast US

What You Will Do:
  1. Work and take direction from regional managers.
  2. Collaborate with rep sales offices and district services offices.
  3. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for modular chiller plants.
  4. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
  5. Conduct presentations and demonstrations to potential customers and design engineers.
  6. Ensure project timelines are met.
  7. Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  8. Provide technical support and assist customers in selecting appropriate systems.
  9. Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to develop solutions.
  10. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  11. Provide excellent customer service and follow-up for satisfaction and feedback.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitors.
  13. Research market opportunities and tailor sales approaches.
  14. Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
  15. Contribute to marketing materials and participate in trade shows.
  16. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
