Job summary

cabi is seeking a Senior Manager of Analytics in California to align sales goals with the sales framework and provide data-driven insights for our field teams. The role emphasizes AI-enabled analytics to optimize forecasting, reporting, and operational efficiency across the sales organization.

Key responsibilities include KPI performance review, BI oversight, and collaboration with merchandising and training teams to improve stylist experience and sales outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 10 years' experience with data-driven insights to improve sales productivity and retention.
• Data-driven mindset using metrics and insights to inform decision-making.
• Strong team player with ownership, accountability, and responsibility for the team’s work.
• Analytical problem solver able to tackle ambiguous opportunities and drive outcomes.
• Expertise with financial modeling, including proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with SQL, Tableau, and other BI and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Review performance of KPI targets and identify opportunities within Sales and Community teams.
• Provide business intelligence oversight and support to sales operations.
• Assist field teams in optimizing technology for sales processes and back-office tools training content.
• Leverage AI to accelerate analysis, surface insights, and streamline reporting workflows.
• Define scalable processes to improve stylist experience and cohort messaging.
• Collaborate with management on seasonal and monthly sales planning and incentive schedules.
• Review and align bonus and compensation programs with company objectives.
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly sales forecasting and maintain models with current data.
• Lead cross-functional projects to answer business questions and pursue lead generation opportunities.
