You will mentor three Team Leads, close live deals, coach on merchant psychology, and optimize conversion from approval to fund. On-site Mon-Fri in Times Square, with a substantial six-figure base and uncapped upside.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Alternative Finance / MCA or high-velocity commercial finance.
• Proven closer mentality with 6- to 7-figure deals.
• Floor general leadership with high EI and commanding presence.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and speed-to-lead monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Own and energize the sales floor of 14+ brokers.
• Drive speed-to-lead, multi-touch cadences, and Salesforce discipline.
• Hands-on deal closing (live TTOs) and quick term structuring.
• Coach and develop Team Leads; prevent lead hoarding.
• Improve conversion from approval to fund (target 35%+).

We have partnered with an established alternative commercial finance brokerage in Times Square, NYC. They fund $3M to $5M+ per month through a proprietary inbound engine generating 60+ qualified submissions per day.

Our client has massive deal volume and needs a high-energy sales leader to command the floor, drive speed-to-lead, teach objection handling, and turn approved offers into funded deals.

The Opportunity

Lead a 14+ person 360° brokerage floor and mentor 3 Team Leads. This is a true floor general role requiring deep MCA/commercial lending closing instincts and live-call leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Own & Energize the Sales Floor: Set daily tempo and bring energy to a 14+ broker floor.
• Drive Speed-to-Lead & Pipeline Execution: Enforce 5-minute outreach, multi-touch cadences, and Salesforce discipline.
• Hands-on Deal Closing (Live TTOs): Structure terms and close approvals fast.
• Coaching & Objection Handling: Train brokers on merchant psychology and funded capital.
• Team Lead Development: Mentor 3 Team Leads and prevent lead hoarding.
• Conversion Optimization: Drive approval-to-fund ratio from 24% toward 35%+.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ Years in Alternative Finance / MCA: Deep MCA or high-velocity commercial finance experience.
• Proven Closer Mentality: Closed 6- and 7-figure deals and can teach closing tactics.
• Floor General Leadership: High emotional intelligence and commanding presence.
• Tech & Workflow Literacy: Comfortable with Salesforce and speed-to-lead monitoring.
• Work Ethic & Presence: On-site in Times Square Monday through Friday.

Compensation & Upside

Substantial six-figure base; floor-wide revenue overrides; uncapped upside with realistic first-year earnings of $400,000 to $600,000+.
