Finance of America Commercial is seeking a high-performing Loan Originator in Charlotte, NC to drive multi-million-dollar pipelines across fix-and-flip, rental, new construction, and multifamily loans. You will educate brokers and investors about our product suite, close deals, and cultivate lasting relationships with real estate professionals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Source and submit $4+ million in opportunities per month.
• Fund $3+ million in closed loans per month.
• Showcase professionalism and expertise in the industry.
• Educate and become a trusted advisor to partners, brokers, and investors on Finance of America Commercial's value proposition.
• Proactively generate new business opportunities and participate in industry events and networking functions.
