Qualifications
- Experience translating data into executive-level strategy.
- Bachelor’s in Operations/SCM; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years leading teams; 12+ years in planning.
- Strong Excel/Power BI/Tableau skills.
- Experience with labor planning tools.
Responsibilities
- Own the S&OP process vision and governance.
- Lead cross-functional alignment between demand and supply.
- Develop KPI framework and reporting.
- Model scenarios to inform executive decisions.
- Build and develop planning team.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance and Operations on staffing.
