Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years in supply chain, planning, S&OP/IBP, or related roles.
• 3+ years in progressive leadership roles.

• Design and implement a comprehensive S&OP framework with processes, calendars, and decision rights.
• Lead rollout/launch of S&OP across the company with pilots and full deployment.
• Establish standard S&OP cycle with clear agendas, inputs, and outcomes.
• Drive change management; train stakeholders and coach leaders in new ways of working.
• Build and own aggregate demand planning models combining forecasts and insights.
• Develop supply and capacity planning models to translate demand into production plans.
• Create integrated scenario models to support executive decision making.
• Align inventory targets and service levels with plans.
