Job summary

The Laura Hotel, part of HEI Hotels & Resorts, seeks an experienced Director of Rooms to support the General Manager and oversee Front Office, Guest Services, Housekeeping, and Laundry to meet guest satisfaction and financial goals.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of management experience in rooms and F&B, strong knowledge of hotel operations, and excellent communication; the position offers a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management experience.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, including marketing plans, security and safety programs, personnel and labor relations, preparation of business plans, repairs, maintenance, budget forecasting, quality assurance programs, hospitality law, and long-range planning.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all Rooms Department Managers on daily, weekly, monthly, and annual action plans related to property strategic plan.
• Develop and execute Room's division budget and revenue forecasts; control labor costs.
• As a member of the Executive Committee, help create and execute financial objectives of the hotel.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
