Job summary

Faraday Future Inc. in California is seeking a Head of User Operation, Robotics to own the full post-acquisition lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, retention, repurchase, and advocacy.

Reporting to the UES Leader, this role drives the operating system that turns robotics buyers into lifetime FF users, collaborating with Service, Product, and AI teams. The role requires 15+ years in CRM/lifecycle leadership, a strong marketing/CS background, and hands-on experience with Salesforce

Qualifications

• 15+ years in CRM/lifecycle leadership for consumer tech, DTC, or subscription businesses.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, CS, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to move retention and LTV through structured lifecycle programs.
• Hands-on with modern CRM platforms and CDP integrations.

Responsibilities

• Define the user lifecycle strategy for Robotics across onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, repurchase, and reactivation.
• Own email, SMS, push, in-app, and in-product messaging programs; build a unified cross-channel lifecycle calendar.
• Design the first-30-day Robotics user experience, partnering with Product and AI to drive feature adoption.
• Build retention and engagement programs with content, releases, and AI-personalized recommendations.
• Design upgrade and cross-sell motions to grow LTV per user across Robotics.
