Faraday Future in California seeks a Sr. Director, Community Sales, Robotics to lead the community-led commercial motion for FF’s Robotics business, turning engaged users into revenue.

Reporting to the UES Leader, this role shapes how FF’s most engaged Robotics users become its strongest sales force. You will design and scale member programs, manage private-domain channels, and build a cross-functional team to drive growth, including referrals, ambassadors, and tokenized membership where

Qualifications

• 10+ years in community, loyalty, or private-domain leadership for consumer brands.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
• Proven ability to operate a measurable revenue contributor via community channels.
• Track record designing scalable referral, ambassador, or loyalty programs.
• Hands-on with community platforms, CRM, and private-domain operations tooling.
• Experience leading community/loyalty teams of 10+.

Responsibilities

• Define the community-led growth strategy for FF’s Robotics business.
• Own the Robotics member program – tiers, benefits, exclusives, and linkage to purchases.
• Build and operate private-domain channels as commercial surfaces.
• Design referral, advocacy, and ambassador programs that drive acquisition.
• Operate events, drops, beta programs to convert engagement to sales.
• Integrate Web3 / AIXC mechanics where appropriate into community models.
• Develop attribution infrastructure for revenue from community activity.
• Coordinate cross-channel hand-offs to ensure right next actions.
• Lead a team spanning community management, programs, ops, and analytics.
