Job description

The Company:

Faraday Future is a California-based technology company focused on the design, engineering, and development of intelligent, connected electric vehicles and related artificial intelligence–enabled technologies.

Founded in 2014, the Company's mission is to disrupt the automotive and technology industries by creating user‑centric, technology‑first experiences.

The Company, together with its controlled subsidiaries, operates across multiple technology‑driven areas, including AI electric vehicles, robotics, and its crypto business (AIXC), all under its upgraded Global EAI Industry Bridge Strategy, marking the beginning of a new chapter in AI mobility and Web3 integration.

Your Role:

The Head of UES (User Ecosystem), Robotics is the top commercial executive for FF's Robotics business, accountable for end‑to‑end user growth, sales revenue, channel strategy, and user lifecycle outcomes. Reporting to senior executive leadership, this role owns the full UES P&L for Robotics and leads a multi‑functional organization spanning user acquisition, FF Par and direct sales, ecommerce, content commerce, MarCom‑driven sales, community sales, and user operations. The UES Leader will architect the go‑to‑market model for FF Robotics products from launch through scale, integrating physical, digital, content, and community channels into a single, AI‑native, user‑centric commercial engine.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Commercial Strategy & P&L Ownership: Define and own the multi‑year UES strategy and annual operating plan for FF Robotics, with full accountability for revenue, contribution margin, user acquisition cost, and lifetime value targets.
  • Go‑to‑Market Architecture: Design and orchestrate an integrated GTM model spanning FF Par retail, direct sales, ecommerce, content commerce, MarCom sales, and community sales, ensuring each channel has a clear role, a clear economic model, and clear hand‑offs.
  • Organization Leadership: Lead, hire, and develop a senior leadership team including the Head of User Acquisition, Sr. Directors of FF Par & Direct Sales, Ecommerce, Content Commerce, MarCom Sales, Community Sales, and the Head of User Operation.
  • User Lifecycle Ownership: Own the full user journey from awareness to advocacy for Robotics; partner with Product, AI, and Service teams to translate user insight into product roadmap, pricing, packaging, and service design.
  • Channel Innovation: Pioneer new commerce models for embodied‑AI products, including livestreaming‑led launches, AI‑personalized configurators, immersive retail experiences, and community‑led growth motions.
  • Cross‑Functional Leadership: Operate as the senior commercial counterpart to Robotics Product, Engineering, AI, Supply Chain, Finance, and Brand leaders, ensuring commercial input shapes product, pricing, and launch decisions.
  • Performance System: Establish a unified UES performance system (north‑star metrics, KPI/OKR cascade, and a single source of truth for funnel, conversion, retention, and channel economics) that is reviewed weekly with executive leadership.
  • Global & Regional Expansion: Sequence market entry across North America, Greater China, and other priority regions, balancing brand positioning, regulatory readiness, and local channel partnerships.
  • Capital Efficiency & Unit Economics: Drive disciplined investment across paid media, retail footprint, content production, and community programs; protect contribution margin while scaling top‑line growth.
  • Executive Reporting & Governance: Represent the Robotics UES function to the CEO, Board, and investor audiences, including quarterly business reviews, launch readiness gates, and strategic milestone communications.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience: 15+ years in commercial leadership across consumer technology, premium consumer goods, electric vehicles, smart hardware, or robotics, including 5+ years leading multi‑channel sales organizations at a Senior Director or VP level.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • P&L Leadership: Demonstrated track record owning a meaningful revenue line (USD $100M+) with full P&L accountability.
  • Multi‑Channel Fluency: Proven experience scaling at least three of the following: retail / DTC, ecommerce, content commerce / livestreaming, performance marketing, community / private‑domain sales.
  • Org Leadership: Experience building and leading a leadership team of 5+ Director‑level reports across geographies.
  • Data & AI: Strong fluency with funnel analytics, CRM platforms (Salesforce or equivalent), and AI‑enabled commerce tooling; able to challenge analyses, not just consume them.
  • Adaptability: Comfort operating in a fast‑paced, ambiguity‑heavy, founder‑led technology company at the intersection of hardware, AI, and consumer.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Direct experience launching a 0‑to‑1 hardware or robotics product into consumer or prosumer markets.
  • Track record running both US and Greater China commercial motions, with bilingual (English / Mandarin) working capability.
  • Background bridging Web2 ecommerce, Web3 community models, and AI‑native user experiences.
  • Prior exposure to publicly listed company governance and investor‑facing communication.
Salary Range:

($225,000-$270,000 DOE), plus benefits and incentive plans
