Mercury is seeking a Head of Revenue Technology & Architecture to lead the AI-first rev stack across Sales, Partnerships and Account Management. You will own strategy, design solutions, and ship fast while guiding a high-performance team of admins, engineers, and architects.

You will translate business needs into scalable architecture, collaborate with senior leaders, and drive consensus to accelerate Mercury’s growth in a dynamic fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years working in and around revenue systems or revenue architecture in a B2B environment.
• 5+ years managing teams.
• Experience at a product-led company with a sales or revenue motion layered on top.
• Hands-on experience deploying AI into GTM systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and execution for the systems powering Mercury's revenue organization for Sales, Partnerships, and Account Management.
• Rebuild the revenue stack AI-first and architect how to build it.
• Be a hands-on builder and actively shape solutions with your team.
• Translate business goals into technical design and implementation.
• Lead and grow a tenured team of admins, engineers, and architects.
• Deliver value while improving foundational systems over time.
• Develop strong stakeholder relationships to build consensus and drive impact.
