Job summary

Mercury is seeking a leader to rebuild its revenue technology stack with an AI‑first approach. You will own the strategy and execution for the systems powering Sales, Partnerships, and Account Management, working with a growing team to ship iterative, high‑impact solutions.

You will translate business goals into scalable architectures, guide a tenured team of admins, engineers, and architects, and partner with senior leaders to drive measurable impact across the revenue org.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in revenue systems, GTM systems, or revenue architecture in a B2B environment.
• 5+ years managing teams.
• Hands‑on experience deploying AI into GTM systems.
• Strong ability to influence senior leaders while staying close to the work.
• Experience at a product‑led company with a sales or revenue motion.
• Non‑standard career paths welcomed; Salesforce fluency is useful.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and execution for systems, workflows, and processes powering Mercury's revenue organization.
• Translate business problems into solutions and ship them quickly with an AI‑first mindset.
• Lead and grow a tenured team of admins, engineers, and architects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build consensus and drive impact.
• Continuously improve foundations while delivering value on top of them.
