You will own the Community Connect program and collaborate with Finance, HR, and leadership to drive cross-line-of-business success. The role requires 8–12+ years in commercial banking or analytics, with strong data, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
• 8-12+ years of experience in Commercial Banking, Sales Strategy, Analytics, or Business/Program Management.
• Experience with CRM systems, referral platforms, and performance or incentive analytics.
• Proven track record delivering executive-level reporting and actionable performance insights.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise-wide revenue performance through data-driven insights and referral optimization.
• Lead referral strategy and governance to improve cross-line collaboration and revenue growth.
• Own the Community Connect referral platform and partner with Finance, HR, and leadership.
• Develop enterprise reporting and dashboards to track pipeline health and revenue contribution.
• Align incentive plans with strategic objectives and ensure governance of scorecards.
• Engage stakeholders across business lines to drive adoption and performance culture.
