Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
• 8–12+ years of experience in Commercial Banking, Sales Strategy, Analytics, or Business/Program Management.
• Experience with CRM systems, referral platforms, and performance or incentive analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise referral strategy and drive revenue growth.
• Lead cross‑line-of-business collaboration and enable frontline teams with tools and insights.
• Govern referral platform governance, data standards, and system enhancements.
• Develop enterprise reporting and dashboards for pipeline visibility and revenue contribution.
• Align incentive plans with strategic objectives and regulatory expectations.
• Drive change and communications to improve adoption and performance.
