Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI) seeks a senior leader to advance enterprise-wide revenue performance through data-driven insights and a disciplined analytics-led sales culture.

The role owns the Community Connect referral platform, partners across Finance, HR, and leadership to deliver actionable insights, improve sales effectiveness, and align performance with strategic objectives. 8–12+ years of experience in Commercial Banking, analytics, or program management are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
• 8–12+ years of experience in Commercial Banking, Sales Strategy, Analytics, or Business/Program Management.
• Experience with CRM systems, referral platforms, and performance analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own the Community Connect referral platform end-to-end, including workflows and governance.
• Lead enterprise referral strategy and sales enablement across multiple lines of business.
• Develop enterprise-wide reporting and dashboards to track pipeline health and revenue contribution.
• Align incentive plans with strategic objectives and regulatory expectations.
• Build strong relationships across business units to drive adoption and impact.
