Qualifications

• 10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Strategic leadership to design and execute revenue strategies.
• Deep data fluency; translate performance metrics into actions.
• Tech‑savvy with automation, data hygiene, and reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management across executive, GTM, and technical teams.
• Experience with Salesforce and enablement tools.

Responsibilities

• Define & Execute Strategy – lead revenue operations strategy aligned with objectives.
• Drive Operational Excellence – optimize end-to-end revenue processes for scalable growth.
• Lead Annual Planning – oversee forecasting, quota design, territory planning, GTM alignment.
• Technology Enablement – evaluate and implement revenue tech stacks.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – partner with Finance, Product, Engineering, Marketing and IT.
• Data-Driven Decision Making – build analytics and reporting to guide decisions.
