Job summary

PerformYard is seeking a strategic, analytical Director of Revenue Operations to build the function from the ground up. You will own revenue systems and data, ensure accurate reporting, and translate analysis into actionable decisions.

This is a 100% remote position with a leadership role reporting to the VP of Finance. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Product/CS to optimize pipeline, pricing, and unit economics, while building dashboards and governance to enable confident

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Revenue, Sales, Marketing or Business Operations, or Analytics.
• Leadership experience owning RevOps at a growth-stage company ($20–50M ARR).
• Hands-on Salesforce administration, data architecture, integrations and governance.

Responsibilities

• Be a Cross-Functional Strategic Partner across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Product/CS.
• Own Revenue Systems and Data: Salesforce, Snowflake, CPQ (DealHub), and integrations.
• Institute reporting: dashboards, weekly/monthly KPI updates, QA processes.
• Analyze Revenue Funnel: track from acquisition to retention and build forecasting models.
