Uniphore seeks a Sr. Director of Revenue Operations to lead growth, forecast accuracy, and sales productivity. You will partner with the SVP RevOps to own the end-to-end forecasting process and build operating discipline for a board-grade number.

The role drives automation, CPQ, and data analytics across regions, with a focus on scalable, AI-enabled revenue workflows and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Legal, and Sales leadership.

Competenze

• 12+ years in Revenue/Commercial Operations with cross-functional exposure.
• Proven track record in enterprise SaaS or AI/ML/cybersecurity domains.
• Experience leading global teams and forecasting with discipline.

Mansioni

• Own global forecasting process end-to-end with executive oversight.
• Lead commissions, compensation planning and monthly automation.
• Drive CPQ, pricing and quote efficiency with product ops & revenue systems.
• Oversee order management, data health, and revenue reconciliation.
• Develop scalable processes using automation and AI throughout RevOps.
