Uniphore, the Business AI company, seeks a Sr. Director of Revenue Operations in Palo Alto to own global forecasting, drive automation, and scale the revenue engine with executive-level collaboration.

You will partner with the SVP RevOps to create a trusted, board-grade forecast and optimize the revenue operations across regions. Responsibilities include commissions planning with Everstage, CPQ/DealHub initiatives, order management, and lead-time forecasting.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Revenue Operations (Sales Ops, Commercial Ops, Partner Ops)
• Experience with Enterprise sales multi-year deals $1M+
• Experience leading offshore/global teams to high-performance standards
• Track record of owning a company-level forecast with measurable improvement
• Hands-on use of AI tools to redesign revenue workflows

Responsabilités

• Finalize annual sales compensation plan with SVP RevOps
• Manage monthly sales commission processing using Everstage
• Own CPQ for pricing and quoting; collaborate on product launches
• Define new deal review processes and optimize discount thresholds
• Audit orders, contracts, and opportunities to ensure accuracy
• Lead region pipeline management and forecasting with sales leaders
• Publish forecast accuracy scorecards and coach leaders on forecast discipline
• Improve data health across systems and provide non-standard BI reporting
• Support partner portal, MDF/Co-Op, and partner program guides
