Vizient, Inc. is seeking a Healthcare Revenue Cycle Analytics Lead to support client engagements focused on chargemaster optimization, pricing, reimbursement, claims, and financial performance. You will analyze large healthcare datasets, develop analytical solutions, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Strong SQL and knowledge of revenue cycle operations are required. The role entails developing dashboards, models and recurring analytics, and collaborating with Finance, IT

Formación

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience required.
• Advanced SQL skills with large healthcare datasets preferred.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations and codes.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex healthcare revenue cycle analytics for client engagements.
• Analyze chargemaster structure, pricing, reimbursement and claims data.
• Develop financial models, dashboards and recurring analytics.
• Write and optimize SQL queries across multiple sources.
• Present findings and recommendations to consulting teams and clients.
• Document data definitions, methodologies and reporting processes.
