Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is seeking a senior-level healthcare revenue cycle analytics professional to lead complex data analyses supporting client engagements focused on chargemaster optimization, pricing, reimbursement, and financial performance.

You will analyze large datasets, develop analytical solutions, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams. Collaboration with Finance and IT teams will be essential to drive improvements across the revenue cycle.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience required.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience analyzing large healthcare datasets.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations, including chargemaster, pricing, billing and claims analysis.
• Working knowledge of revenue codes, CPT/HCPCS, modifiers, payer reimbursement and denials.
• Pharmacy revenue cycle understanding from order to collections.
• CMS reimbursement requirements knowledge.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements and prioritize deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex healthcare revenue cycle analytics for client engagements.
• Analyze chargemaster structure, pricing, reimbursement, and charge accuracy.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, and recurring analytics.
• Write and optimize SQL queries across multiple data sources.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and validate results.
• Present findings and recommendations to consulting teams.
• Document data definitions, methodologies, and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Patient Financial Services, Coding, and IT teams.
