Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a senior operations leader in Minnesota to drive reordering, continuous improvement, and cost-saving initiatives. You will engage regional teams, operations, supply chain, and manufacturing to resolve complex issues and deliver a world-class customer experience.

Responsibilities include aligning financial decisions, training teams on warranty policies, and collaborating across functions to optimize costs and service for retailers nationwide.

Qualifications

• Four year degree in Business/related discipline and/or 8 years of business experience, with 5 or more years in a supervisory or management capacity; or an equivalent combination of education and exp
• Strong conflict management, negotiating and influencing skills
• Outstanding collaborator with the demonstrated ability to build partnerships with leaders across the Enterprise.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities, develop strategic plans and facilitate issue resolution.
• Outstanding business and financial acumen as demonstrated by effective budgeting, forecasting and talent acquisition and management
• Expert ability to effectively forecast, plan, anticipate and conduct financial analysis

Responsibilities

• Drives alignment for significant financial decisions impacting quality and customer experiences.
• Acts as a lead liaison between retail and internal teams, providing resolution to escalated reorder issues.
• Manage continuous improvement & warranty/service policy initiatives and training programs.
• Collaborate with regional managers and leadership across RBA to drive customer experiences while reducing cost.
• Direct multiple functions and/or strategic corporate initiatives/projects.
• Create a collaborative framework to deliver customer solutions to retailers that create a competitive advantage.
• Identify and implement technology based solutions that drive efficiency gains and enhance the customer experience.
• Develop, prioritize, lead and implement strategic plans to improve long term product, process and system improvements.
