Job summary

Triumph is seeking a Head of Retail to own our growing retail presence, including stores, kiosks, vending fleets, and partner shops. You’ll design formats, markets, and pilots, then scale those that work, while leading a retail team and coordinating with the operations group.

You’ll travel regularly to markets and partner shops, build the playbook for future locations, and manage pricing, production, packaging, and distribution for repacks.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in retail operations with direct experience launching stores, kiosks, or vending fleets.
• Track record of taking a retail concept from pilot to multiple locations while owning the P&L.
• Financial rigor; ability to model unit economics for stores, kiosks, or machines.

Responsibilities

• Set Triumph’s retail strategy, formats, markets, and unit economics; own the retail P&L.
• Open and run stores and mall kiosks; select sites and negotiate with landlords.
• Build and run a fleet of vending machines and partner card shops; manage distribution.
