Job summary

Triumph Arcade, based in Fremont, leads the creation and expansion of our retail footprint. You’ll own store formats, markets, and P&L, while building a network of sites, kiosks, and partner shops. The role blends new store launches with scaling a vending fleet and a nationwide retail presence.

You’ll travel to markets, negotiate leases, and partner with the collectibles team to bring repacks to market. This is a builder role with deep cross-functional support and equity opportunity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in retail operations, including launching stores, kiosks, or vending fleets.
• Proven ability to take a retail concept from pilot to multiple locations with P&L ownership.
• Strong financial modeling to defend unit economics of stores, kiosks, or machines.
• Experience managing high-value inventory with integrated loss prevention.
• Proven team leadership across multiple locations and hiring skills.
• Comfort negotiating leases and partner agreements with landlords and retailers.
• Experience with AI tooling as part of daily workflow.

Responsibilities

• Set retail strategy, formats, markets, and unit economics; own the retail P&L.
• Open and run stores and kiosks; select sites with real estate team; negotiate with landlords.
• Build and manage a fleet of vending machines; manage restocking and uptime.
• Build a partner card shop network; place Triumph products in partner stores.
• Collaborate with partnerships to secure shelf space with national retailers.
• Launch physical repacks with the collectibles team; own pricing, production, packaging, distribution.
• Coordinate with operations, security, IT for inventory, POS, payments, loss prevention at launch.
• Hire, train, and lead the retail team; write the playbook for future locations.
• Travel regularly to markets, locations, partner shops.
