Triumph's Rips By Triumph brand seeks an hands-on Operations Manager to lead a shift of Operations Associates and own the quality of every card from receipt to shipment. You will set pace, delegate tasks, and manage scheduling in Rippling while safeguarding the highest-value inventory and acting as the primary contact for suppliers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of shift lead, team lead, or supervisor experience in operations or similar high-performance environment.
• Strong delegation and organizational skills; run a shift without losing track of tasks.
• Strong attention to detail, maintaining accuracy under time pressure.
• Comfort working across multiple systems (scheduling software, inventory tools).
• Exclusive access to high-value inventory requires trust and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Delegate clear, specific tasks to each associate at the start of every shift.
• Manage all associate scheduling in Rippling, including weekly schedules and time-off requests.
• Serve as the exclusive handler of our highest-value inventory with full logging of transactions.
• Track supply levels and reorder to prevent shortages.
• Audit singles and slab inventory; document discrepancies and restock as needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers; negotiate pricing and resolve issues.
• Train and coach associates with clear instructions and constructive feedback.
• Enforce workspace cleanliness and ensure clean handoffs for the next shift.
