Job summary

Puma Energy seeks a senior leader to strategically manage and grow its global retail operations, overseeing revenue and profit growth, evaluating acquisitions, and driving new projects. In this role, you will coach staff, optimize networks, set targets, negotiate contracts, and ensure safety, compliance and high service standards across multiple locations.

You will work with regional teams to deliver best-in-class sites, develop talent, and drive performance through data-driven decision making

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related fields (required).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in senior management in retail/downstream sectors.
• Proven project management skills and strong business knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed EBITDA, OPEX, CAPEX targets for Retail.
• Coach staff with structured development of retail networks through growth/optimization.
• Benchmark and challenge the organization to maximize results and opportunities.
• Ensure customers are delighted by Puma Retail services.
• Lead contract negotiations and contract management execution.
• Develop sales training framework for attitudes, skills and competencies.
• Lead network development to grow the retail network profitability.
