Zusammenfassung

Freebird is seeking a Head of Retail to own and expand our national retail presence. You will lead Walmart and Target relationships, develop assortments, and scale an emerging retail channel into a multi–thousand-door national footprint.

You will build a retailer-centric strategy, manage P&L, and drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Operations, Finance, Brand, and Growth to ensure profitable, scalable growth in the retail channel.

Qualifikationen

• Owned Walmart relationship including buyers, line reviews, Retail Link, replenishment and negotiations.
• Managed Target from the brand side with direct buyer relationships.
• Scaled a consumer brand into multiple retail channels beyond Walmart/Target.
• Experience building retailer P&Ls and making commercial decisions.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Finance, Brand and Growth.
• Proven capability to build from scratch and scale an early-stage retail org.

Aufgaben

• Own Walmart and Target retail strategy, relationships, assortment, pricing, and programs.
• Lead 2–3 year US retail expansion plan and multiple account acquisitions.
• Develop retailer-specific assortment architecture and MSRP/packs.
• Define shelf space criteria and exclusive configurations.
• Build the internal routines for forecasting, replenishment, and sell-through reporting.
• Own retailer P&Ls including trade spend, gross margins, deductions, and ROI.
