Qualifications

• Oversee operations of multiple restaurants aligned with company values.
• Drive profitability, cash flow and business goals for the restaurant group.
• Develop and mentor regional management and local restaurant leaders.
• Ensure health, safety, and food safety compliance across all locations.
• Lead audits, purchasing and vendor contracts to improve efficiency.
• Plan and implement local marketing and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities
