Job summary

Altana, the network for trusted trade, seeks a founding Head of Resilience & Network in Washington, DC. You will own revenue growth, manage a field of sellers, and shape opportunities with senior government stakeholders to drive long-term programs.

You will coordinate across the GPS and company-wide priorities, partnering with executives to design and execute transformation initiatives in a complex public sector environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in public-sector sales and revenue growth leadership.
• Deep knowledge of how the public sector actually buys and contracts.
• A network across government and industry you can activate at senior levels.
• Builder's instinct: leading complex, new initiatives with influence.
• Ability to translate complex software value for government buyers, including geopolitics and national security.
• Excellent judgment and communication skills for senior stakeholders.
• Patience and optimism to navigate long procurement cycles.
• Eligibility to obtain and hold a U.S. Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own Altana's revenue growth for Resilience & Network, translating strategy into a plan and target agencies.
• Manage a field of sellers, own their pipeline and forecast for large government opportunities.
• Build and own the Resilience & Network pipeline and forecast targeting strategic, long-term opportunities.
• Shape new opportunities by communicating Altana's value to senior government stakeholders.
• Develop relationships across agencies from operational to strategic levels.
• Own partner relationships with integrators, primes, and teaming partners to win programs together.
• Collaborate with other Head of Resilience & Network leaders to align Altana with GPS objectives.
• Anticipate pursuit requirements and surface needs across interdependent teams.
• Feed market signals into Product, pricing, and strategy to drive the roadmap.
