Job summary

The successful candidate will drive program targets, coordinate with CEM, Marketing, and operations, and secure regulatory approvals for future plans. Strong financial controls and senior-level influence are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Five plus years of energy efficiency experience. Management experience preferred.
• Good understanding of external commercial and regulatory environment.
• Strong knowledge of business financials, controls, and compliance.
• Experience leading, inspiring and motivating an operational team.
• Proven influencing skills at senior level internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a professional team to achieve savings and budget targets.
• Manage operational processes, performance indicators, and ensure compliance with policies.
• Review invoices and oversee accrual submissions and monthly scorecards.
• Set annual program production targets with CEM and regulators.
• Coordinate marketing targets and go-to-market strategies for programs.
• Develop improvement plans for growth opportunities with monitoring and reporting.
• Conduct monthly program reviews with key stakeholders to track status and gaps.
