Job summary

Eversource Energy in Massachusetts is seeking an Energy Efficiency Consultant to drive residential customer engagement across retail, recycling, and online programs within our tristate service territory. Based in Westwood, MA, you will work with external stakeholders and internal teams to advance energy-saving initiatives and reduce carbon emissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in technical marketing, sales, project management, engineering, or energy efficiency.
• Experience and/or aptitude in customer service desired.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic activities and nurture relationships with manufacturers, distributors and retailers of energy-efficient products.
• Manage integration of activities between customers, program administrators, advisory consultants, and vendor/contractors.
• Prepare RFPs to procure program administration vendors.
• Develop documents/plans to meet regulatory filings and oversight of customer-funded Energy Efficiency programs.
• Track expenses and energy savings; assist with RFP development for contracted services.
• Coordinate with business partners and available resources for procurement and installation of energy-efficient measures.
