Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of recruitment, talent acquisition, workforce development, or related experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience leading recruitment teams.
• Proven ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies.
• Experience using recruitment metrics and workforce analytics to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coach, and develop Recruitment Account Managers and staff; set performance expectations and growth plans.
• Develop and execute center-wide recruitment strategies to meet employer hiring demands and contractual goals.
• Lead data analytics to monitor funnel performance and drive improvements across referrals, interviews, hires, and validations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align recruitment activities with workforce development goals and contractual obligations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, processes, and quality assurance across recruitment operations.
