Reporting to the Human Resources Manager and Senior Director of Human Resources, this role handles full-cycle recruiting activities across diverse operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, self-starter with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for open positions to meet staffing goals and timelines.
• Source candidates using ATS, social media, community partnerships, and events.
• Screen, conduct phone interviews, and evaluate candidates.
• Coordinate and facilitate new-hire orientation sessions.
• Attend career events, job fairs, and outreach activities as needed.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and priorities.
• Provide excellent service to hiring managers, applicants, and stakeholders.
• Maintain confidentiality and HR policy compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of positions and activities.
