Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Greater New York and Northern New Jersey, Inc. seeks a Business Services Manager for the Bronx Workforce1 Career Centers. This leadership role connects local employers with qualified jobseekers, overseeing recruitment strategy and employer partnerships to meet hiring goals.

You'll supervise a team, manage NAICS-focused accounts, and coordinate outreach and reporting while ensuring program compliance and high-quality service delivery to jobseekers and employers.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of combined recruitment and sales/business development experience.
• Experience designing recruitment strategies based on labor market trends.
• Experience supervising and motivating a team of 6+ staff.
• Strong understanding of NYC economy and hiring trends.
• Experience managing employer accounts by NAICS sector.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Workforce Development, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee recruitment strategies to ensure a steady pipeline.
• Manage job orders intake, posting, fulfillment in SBS systems.
• Build and sustain employer relationships and new accounts.
• Lead and develop a sales/recruitment team.
• Monitor compliance with Workforce1 policies and prepare reports.
