Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of recruitment, talent acquisition, workforce development, staffing, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise, coach, mentor, and develop Recruitment Account Managers and recruitment staff.
• Develop and execute center-wide recruitment strategies to meet employer hiring demands and contractual goals.
• Monitor recruitment pipelines to ensure sufficient candidate flow across all industries and sectors.
• Lead data-driven decision making, develop dashboards and scorecards, and present insights to leadership.
• Partner with Business Services to ensure employer hiring goals are met and recruitment activities align with workforce development goals.
• Ensure compliance with policies, contractual requirements, and quality standards.
