Job summary

Jobin Agency is seeking a Head of Recruiting to lead the recruiting function and manage a team of four recruiters. You will own the strategy, metrics, and budget while remaining hands-on with key searches.

Responsibilities include coaching, KPI tracking, forecasting with leadership, and managing senior searches to ensure quality hires.

• Personally recruit for senior, technical, or high-priority roles
• Own recruiting strategy, process, and budget across the function
• Report on team and function-level metrics to leadership

You'll be accountable for the team's output: pipeline volume, speed, and quality of hire, while also owning hiring strategy with leadership and staying hands-on with key searches yourself.

What You'll Do

• Manage and develop a team of 4 recruiters, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
• Set and track individual and team KPIs (e.g. submittals, time-to-fill, offer-acceptance rate, pipeline conversion) and hold the team accountable to them
• Run regular 1:1s and pipeline reviews; step in to unblock reqs that are stalling
• Partner with the executive team and hiring managers to forecast headcount and define role requirements
• Personally recruit for senior, technical, or otherwise high-priority roles
