Job summary

Genentech is seeking a Real-time Visual Analytics Lead to drive strategy and delivery of study-level dashboards supporting Medical Data Review and safety monitoring in early development. You will lead a team of specialists, shape visualization standards, and partner with biometrics and clinical stakeholders to ensure scientifically rigorous, scalable analytics.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related technical field with 10+ years of experience.
Expertise in building and scaling visual analytics solutions for Medical Data Review and safety monitoring.
Strong knowledge of RBQM and CtQ endpoints and their application to visualization strategies.
Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex visualization deliverables.

Responsibilities

Define and lead the visual analytics strategy for early-phase studies.
Oversee development and standardization of visualization templates and tools.
Ensure timely, high-quality delivery aligned with study milestones (First Patient In, reviews, safety meetings).
Collaborate with biometrics and clinical leaders to prioritize workstreams by complexity and risk.
Integrate CRF and non-CRF data sources into visualization workflows.
Mentor and develop Real-time Visual Analytics Specialists and promote a culture of scientific excellence.
