Job summary

Genentech, a Roche subsidiary in California, seeks a Real-time Visual Analytics Lead to drive strategy and delivery of study-level dashboards for Medical Data Review and safety monitoring. You will manage a team, set standards, and integrate CRF/non-CRF data across early development programs.

You will collaborate with biometrics and clinical leadership to evolve visualization practices, mentor staff, and ensure timely, compliant delivery aligned with critical study milestones.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with 10+ years of experience.
Proven ability to scale and manage visual analytics solutions.
Strong knowledge of RBQM, CtQ endpoints, and regulatory standards.
Experience leading cross-functional visual analytics initiatives.
Experience integrating CRF and non-CRF data in visual dashboards.

Responsibilities

Define and lead the visual analytics strategy for early-phase studies.
Oversee development and standardization of visualization templates and tools.
Ensure timely delivery of visual analytics aligned with study milestones.
Mentor and develop Real-time Visual Analytics Specialists.
