Job summary

Genentech in South San Francisco is seeking a Principal Business Product Manager to lead the 360 Insights pillar. You will shape the multi-year product vision for enterprise analytics across CMG, turning complex commercial and medical needs into scalable data capabilities.

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to launch, partner with Roche teams, and embed Agile practices with Jira, Jira Product Discovery, and Confluence to ensure visible delivery.

Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Data Science, Analytics, Engineering.
• 8+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in pharmaceutical analytics or digital product management.
• MBA, MS, PhD or advanced degree preferred in analytics, data science, engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the multi-year product vision and roadmap for the 360 Insights portfolio.
• Translate complex business needs into scalable data and analytics capabilities.
