Job summary

Genentech is seeking a Real-time Visual Analytics Lead to drive strategy, delivery excellence, and capability development for interactive, study-level dashboards supporting Medical Data Review and safety monitoring.

You will lead a team, set visualization standards, and collaborate with biometrics and clinical leaders to ensure timely insights across early development programs. This role emphasizes scientific rigor, user-centered design, and cross-functional impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field with 10+ years of experience.
• Expertise in building, scaling, and managing visual analytics solutions.
• Knowledge of RBQM, CtQ endpoints, and applying quality principles to visualization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the real-time visual analytics strategy for early-phase clinical studies.
• Oversee development and standardization of visualization templates and tools.
• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery aligned with study milestones.
• Mentor and develop Real-time Visual Analytics Specialists.
• Collaborate with biometrics and clinical leaders to prioritize workstreams.
• Integrate CRF and non-CRF data sources into visualization workflows.
