Job summary

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
MBA (with real estate focus) or master’s in real estate preferred but not required.
15 years’ experience in multi-family or mixed-use residential and commercial real estate transactions.

Responsibilities

Provide management and direction for PH Development Group’s Real Estate Development department.
Lead staff ensuring mission and core values are embedded.
Conduct annual performance reviews and participate in Senior Leadership Team.
Coordinate with Board committees and prepare development updates.
Develop and negotiate real estate deals and financing structures.
Oversee due diligence, financial projections, and project budgets.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budgets.
