Pennrose Properties seeks an experienced Senior Developer to lead complex market-rate and affordable real estate developments from inception to lease-up. You will manage an in-house team and coordinate financiers, architects, engineers and contractors to deliver on-time, on-budget projects.

Strong leadership, financial acumen and communication are essential. You will report to the CFO on predevelopment expenditures, cash-flow needs, and capital requirements while building high-impact

Qualifications

• BA or BS required.
• 4+ years as Associate Developer or equivalent.
• Strong entrepreneurial instincts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to present to groups.

Responsabilités

• Identify and evaluate real-estate development opportunities.
• Assess financial feasibility for projects.
• Direct report to CFO for predevelopment budgets and cash-flow.
• Lead development team and coordinate external partners.
• Draft and finalize RFPS/RFQs.
• Develop project budgets and schedules.
