Select Technical Staffing, Inc. seeks a Director of Quality to lead the quality program across production and office environments. You will drive continuous improvement, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and oversee audits and corrective actions with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong leadership to manage the Quality Department and coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring product quality from development through shipment.

• Develop and implement a quality program across functions and departments.

• Lead audits and corrective action plans to ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the quality department and ensure products meet regulatory and company standards.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and production personnel to resolve quality concerns.
• Schedule and perform quality audits; report findings to senior leadership and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare reports for regulatory agencies and internal quality documentation.
• Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to quality systems and procedures.
• Lead a team of quality personnel and collaborate across levels to drive improvements.
